My wife went out asparagus hunting a few days ago... She loves the stuff... Me, not so much.

Looks like you need a roll or 2 to mop up the rest of your plate... Lol

 

Must be a girl thing — I got drug into it for a bribe later on this evening.

 

I always liked Troutdale, park at the Loves and walk to the Main Street. But then I liked the Jubitz too.

 

I'm not even sure "that" would be worth gagging down asparagus.

We have “wild” asparagus around here too.
Wild as in a farmer took his loader and dug it out of his garden and dumped it along the road ditch.
I use to pick it. A hot cast iron skillet an olive oil and salt an pepper. mmmmm
I planted some this year and it’s coming up. It’ll be a few years before I can pick it.
My horseradish is really taking off.

 

Been on our ditch bank since we built the place 12 years ago — burn it off in the spring and it comes back.

 

Not even close to me.
