Anyone in Idaho this afternoon??? If so do you feel the earth quake? I was sitting at home and we didnt feel it. But then again, my house rocks if the neighbors horse farts... So even if it did shake the house we wouldnt have noticed.

l worked for the Teamsters long enough to collect a pension. Then quit and went back to work as a lease/purchase operator. It was a strange situation. I dove for a mostly refrigerated union carrier (Kings County Truck Line) that under bid the Dairymens local and KCTL took over the tanker operations under a freight local. In the union, we were all brothers, treated equally according to seniority. (yeah right). The boot lickers and the drivers that got under the dispatcher's desk got the preferred routes. l never hated a job so much and normally would have quit and told them to stick it but l was at the point to earn a pension so l stayed long enough to earn it. l am so glad l did that now (being retired). l hope you are all safe from this virus.

Had a good one today. Was on the 210 freeway in cali , around pasadena area. well i was doing about 60mph(sue me), pretty much no traffic to speak of.

I came upon one of those pedestrian bridges over the freeway and i saw a little kid and his dad sitting on their bikes looking at the traffic. i noticed the little kid was waving at me , atleast thats what it looked like at first . I got closer and realized he was doing the arm pump, wanting me to honk the air horn ! I gave him a couple pumps as i was approaching, and he started jumping up and down so excited. Then i laid on it as i went under the bridge ! How cool was that! i think that brought me more joy than it did that kid ! I had a smile ear to ear for the next hour lol
