What if it Snows?

I drove through that this morning.
Took 90 instead of 94. Got through ok. Few hours of 55mph.
In Oacoma SD for the night. Al’s Oasis is cooking better these days. The grocery store looks much better too. With truck parking across the street. I lived in Chamberlain for a couple years. Had that fantastic person in my icon photo with me.
Anyway... still managed 661 miles today. I’m governed at 64.
Hope Montana is ok tomorrow. Trying to make Bozeman. Deliver Yakima WA on Tuesday.

 

I'm starting to develop bad habits since leaving OKC for SoCal. I no longer look at MyRadar first thing in the morning or dozens of times a day. Why bother? The weather is perfect.

I checked my load of steel beams this afternoon in flip flops at the yard. However I did wear a hard hat to tighten a few snap binders.

The shop guys spend Saturday mornings doing repairs, PM's, and washing all the trucks. I didn't turn a wrench or get wet. This could become habit forming.

Oh come on, it’s not that bad — the other half is determined to make sure I stay 190lbs of rawhide and spring steel — even if it kills me.

 

I love me some asparagus.
