This was released into broadcast this morning to the Vermonters, however other sources such as Bloomberg, marketwatch and others were talking over this situation in the night.
I try to have several sources all singing the same tune before I accept it as non rumor.
Arkansas continues to have large trouble with our unemployed trying to file but getting rejected due to no way to slot the gig people (Uber etc) into unemployment under Federal Guidelines that may be released later in week. In other words Arkansas Unemployment does not pay to people who do side jobs etc. They will at some point.
Finally but not least, this is the one way everyone gets their precious 15.00 a hour for 40 hours week sitting home for 4 months stimulus pay.

Tried looking in wallyworld for something to make coffee. Need low wattage. No way. Any actually stated. Was 1kw or so. I really don’t think a small one(no published wattage) will draw much less.
So kept thinking. Ended up putting my French Press in front of the bunk heater. It worked. Not the hottest coffee. But I got coffee!Sirscrapntruckalot, 650cat425, D.Tibbitt and 1 other person Thank this. -
Those 12V ones at the truck stops work great. Roadpro I think. They are slow, but make dang good, hot coffee.WesternPlains, Rcranch81, 650cat425 and 1 other person Thank this.

From what you said, I would have thought the OM was more of a Ninja type.

I think this is 1450 watts. But not sure. Sadly. But it is what I would use if you could.

not really for this thread, but what is the typical max wattage an APU can handle?
WesternPlains and 650cat425 Thank this. -
I had one of those 12V. It was slow, but worked great. Make like 2/3 of a regular pot. Was always hot as could be, just took awhile to brew.WesternPlains, 650cat425, Wasted Thyme and 1 other person Thank this.

That depends on the APU. What size do you have?
Typically a 1800 is only good for 1500 watts with out burning outWesternPlains and 650cat425 Thank this. -
I don't think it's an APU question as much as an inverter question. My APU has a 1200 watt alternator. My inverter is only a 1500 watt, and won't drive a microwave. The other trucks have a fridge, and a 2500 or 3000 watt inverter, and can do it all.
Fridge is 12V though, and hardwired in by dealer.WesternPlains, 650cat425, InTooDeep and 1 other person Thank this.
