    use the Kaizen to better center your Chi, then use this new found information to better keep your Chi centered, only to improve your Chis’ center, Once you have mastered the centering of Chi, you can move on to centering your chakras.

    Add in some raisins, walnuts. Grapes and celery could also be added if wanted. A 50/50 mix sour cream and mayonnaise is often used as dressing

    Dump the Walnuts and add in some fine diced chicken.

    A big ol spoon full on a croissant or other non-crusty roll.

    That would be my suggestion.
