    If it is the regulator, maybe $45.00 tops, for the part.
    Internal or external will make a few $ difference.
    Should be able to get at almost any parts store.
    Probably the same for a new complete alternator.
    You would probably need to take the unit in so they can check the numbers. My guess would be about $125.00 for one.

    I'm going to check TK in Tolleson. Then drive back to the yard, install it, and try and get some quality cooking in before my next load is ready.
