    Go buy some of the little silicone wad earplugs from Walmart. 12 of them are like 4 bucks. Tear them in half and stuff them way down in your ears until you can't even hear yourself think.

    You will become addicted to the peacefulness, I can't sleep with out them now even when it is quiet.

    You can reuse them for a week. Longer in a pinch
