l don't believe you. As scarce as drivers are, you're saying there was no way to deescalate the tension and go to work? l give him a month at the new job and he will have more excuses of the torture he endured.

 

Drivers aren't scarce. Freight on the other hand is right now.

Bottom line is Crete treated him ####ty once, then for whatever reason someone in upper management blew sunshine up his butt making him think he'd be treated with some decency all the while the small guy was treating him better overall.
