What if...
Everyone has gone to lunch where you're picking up? Well, you eat lunch too.

I had a steel place we run for pull that on me about 4mo ago too. "Has to be tarped, customer requires it and it can't leave without tarps on it". Also, sometimes the reason for tarping isn't to keep rain off, it's to keep road spray off. Even if it doesn't affect the product, itll make it look dirty.
