A big machine could do that truck in an hour. You would spend more time loading the sand than doing the blasting.
If sandblasted to clean metal it will not rust again. If you grind it the rust will return because it’s all down in the pores of the metal
And once you have clean metal you need to hit with a good coat Of Zinc Oxide Chromate primer with a mixture that is heavy on the acid
Than regular hi build primer over it after you scuff it with a scotchbrite pad.
Zinc oxide is a binder and corrosive prohibitedRidgeRunner731, Cattleman84, WesternPlains and 2 others Thank this. -

My vehicle was the first and only I bought in the USA... It's everything that I need.... it's comfortable, spacious... it has carried all my stuff from places to places to other places... always reliable... always dependable... I feel very sad and upset with myself for neglecting it for so long... even though I was on the road all the time and didn't have time to take care of it... Now I am.. and he is paying for that...
Now I am trying to understand what you meant by "tired of wrenching on stuff I could scream"... Does it mean crying over things that are giving you headaches? Or something like that....dwells40, WesternPlains, 650cat425 and 1 other person Thank this. -

Anyways he always had crazy business ideas and would think about them for a minute and than act on them the next day
So he gets this brain scheme that he is going to buy a female lion cub and go to fairs and set up a booth to take pics with the cub.
So off him the wife , 3 kids and the lion pile in the RV and do the fairs for the summer .
Making pretty good scratch except one problem.
At 6 months the lion was getting big and when it didn’t like the situation it had the weight to back it up.
Ending up he lucked out and got the local exotic animal refuge down here in the Everglades to take her.Dale thompson, dwells40, WesternPlains and 3 others Thank this. -
