Does not really matter. I tend to go winch side.

Sometimes, depending on the item, it can.
An option is to put the front and back strap like you have now, then use 2 2 in. straps in the middle, with wraps on opposing sides. They will pull against each other and lock it in place.

At one time, I had lots of photos of this stuff.
Unfortunately that phone did not survive a drop.
Did not have it backed up to the cloud.

No, sounds good though, have to try that. Had roasted Brussels sprouts once. I’ve been enjoying all kinds of food, I thought I wouldn’t like. I always joke about teaching my wife how to cook and eat good. More like the other way around.

There was a incident in the USAF some time back where the Leadership wanted to award combat decorations to unmanned pilots participating in war.

Most of the Military pretty much laughed them out of the Services. Because it was thought those chair drivers were not in real combat.

Sitting at home in the dark. Looks like the whole area lost power. Glad we just made a pot of coffee. Crazy schedules on the road, even worse at home. Get restless after a few days. Watching TV till 6:00 am, sleeping till noon.

One of the biggest impacts of trucking 5 or 4 on and 4 off every 24 hours round the clock is I sleep in 4 or so hour blocks now even there is no need for it. On difficult days I'll put in three or four blocks of sleep. Otherwise roll all night or day on a little bit. As you get older its easier not to need it as much unlike the younger days among other activities.
