Hey Mr. @HillbillyDeluxeTruck where can I find those 2001 2005 Tahoes and Yukons for $1500 and $2500??
All I am finding here are at least $4000 and $6000... If you know or have some at those prices, I would be interested in seeing them....

Gotta watch Facebook marketplace. I bought my current 04 off there. It's nothing fancy just a 2wd with 255k at the time. The people were told it needed new injectors an intake gasket and something else because it had a miss at idle. It took me 2min looking under the hood to find a broke spark plug wire. I bought it, changed them and the plugs and it's ran perfect ever since.

I know of a black 03 or 04 IIRC with 155k mi on it, that more than likely does actually need an intake gasket (it's common on the 5.3 gm v8's) and the paint & clearcoat are smoked, but it's a 1 owner TX vehicle. It's a $1000 vehicle to me at the most because of the paint.

You can also get Ford Expeditions in good shape for the same kind of $.

I'll see what I can find as examples

Edit: These are usually private owner vehicles. If you start looking at used car lots, they jack the price up because they will offer a high rate finance option. They're usually overpriced by 40-50%
