Dr needs to be DOT certified. My best buddy I am staying the week with his wife owns her Family practice

Not DOT approved so she cannot do my physical.

Yes I understand that... But many chiropractors are certified to do so. They really aren't that hard to find.

These crazy in depth physicals that driver experience are usually the one that a company makes you go to a specific Dr.... If the current/valid med card I provide to a potential employer isnt good enough for them then I dont need to work for them.

We used to eat pretty good as 8 kids in a house when I was young.

But the best dinner ever was homemade thick cut bread with butter. And white rice coverd in butter , brown sugar, and a little cinnamon.

Yea they get after me about my blood pressure because I get white coat syndrome. Than I only get a 1 year med card.

I am 56. 6 foot 220 and I will work anybody's ### into the ground even in the Florida heat.

The physical is just Stupid. How some of these people get them that I see baffles me.

I get white coat syndeome myself... But its never pushed my BP so high to knock me down to a 1 year card... I just make sure to not drink any soda or have any cigarettes the day of my physical until after its over.

I have always been the same.... my whole life... when I became vegetarian, I lost a little bit of weight and remained the same forever.... It's very easy for me to lose weight... like you said, it's a genetic thing... I lose weight if I don't sleep well... I lose weight if I think too hard... I lose appetite if I become stressed... it's my metabolism... :biggrin_1square1: I was 108 lbs when I got out of the truck last year.. and now I am 110 lbs according to doctor's scale... My BMI is still low.. I wish it were 124 lbs...
