We had a dr Swartz whatever that spelling was.

God I hated him. Pa dragged me in there three times a year so he can touch feel and poke all over.

I think I was 10 one day and I told dad that I am big enough to drop him next time he does that.

Ok.

And that was the end of that little series. What I did not know until years later reviewing my records was I had a hernia and he was hunting for it. Pervert.

Most of the time as a child the doctors were fun. But once in a while you come across Dr Creepy. EW. Makes me so mad. I remember a state issued doctor for the school I saw him once. He made some banal comment about birds and bees and I thought hm isnt that STRANGE? Then I wanted OUT. Told the staffer I'll be ###### if I see him again.

3 years later hes in jail for touching one of my girl classmates too much. They caught him dead to rights when she could not help but make noise. That was the end of him. ShEESH.

 

Man, THAT took me back... MANY years. I wasn't married last time I was at one... 'nuf said.. SMDH.

Just do what I do with my off budget money, start a mini armory at home for funzies.

 

Protip: Steel Toe tennis shoes and thin coveralls like Dickies brand, make for a comfortable option when PPE is required.

Like here at the steel mill. I've been in a t-shirt & basket ball shorts since last night. Stayed comfortable all day, now it's loading time. I slipped my coveralls on and I'm all business.

 

I have found it to be the overall best food place in the county. Pretty sure the cooks (borderline chefs) where not trained for hospital food prep. Minimal "go to the freezer and get the box" in their prep guide.

Better food than most of the "Ambiance" places in the nearby micro-cities.

Unfortunately it's 10 miles south of my place and most of my errands are north. Makes it more of a challenge to justify swinging in while out and about. But we have been known to make special trips.
