    You would have to have one to know. I can roll a flat tire for a few hundred miles, but my Apu goes out and I find it to be a paralyzing event. I have always considered myself somewhat hard but I guess I have become spoiled. I wouldn't leave my f'n driveway if mine wasn't working.

    try this, less traffic and pulls.
    5 south to lost hills. Go East on 46 to 99 south.
    Pick up 58 out to Barstow, go East on 15 to 40,
    Run 40 out to needles, pick up 95 south, down to Vidal junction and 62 to Parker, south on 95 to 10, then 10 to Phoenix.

    you miss all of the LA basin, and the pulls around Quartzite
