NOT New York City. That place is a whole different beast. There are more cows than people in Upstate NY

The OM has authorized idling. Made it until almost 1400.

Woe is man when he can measure the foundations of the earth.

This is how you look when you scarf an extra portion of moist food on a 34, then get in your kitty bed.

Next in line to the chef when it comes to hierarchy. So as others said 2nd in charge.

If one wants the official definition...

The secret is in how they make them. They whip it...they whip it real good..cue the song! Seriously though....the trick is they put a lot of air into the eggs. The wife asked last time we hit up one.

More likely cause it's scripted to all hell, and most people would stop watching if it was normal kitchen life. ;) The same is true of most reality shows out there. Chopped takes 15 to 18 hours to produce one 45 minute show. Lot of it is retakes an redo of dishes, plus play up on any drama, etc.

An for some reason the Waffle House over near the Disney Resorts is off the chain. #### good food for a waffle house. The cooks do know what their doing in my experience. I think one of the cooks at that one has been there for 15 years. He's there every time we visit that part of Fl.

I like Gordon Ramsay when he's not on Hell's Kitchen. Funny dude, an not as big of an ####### as they play him up to be. I like him on a few other shows he's on.

Fun fact: Ramsay is worth something like 200 million. He makes around 40 million a year. Dude works for it though. Has a ton of shows beyond Hell's Kitchen.

Back to the subject...What if it snows?

Which by the way makes me always think of this meme...

Some TS will include it with their outgoing mail if you ask.

I just Google post office near me.

If you're 2 laning, you're guaranteed to drive by one.

But walking a couple miles each way isn't uncommon for me.

Some of the bigger TS still have an old school mail box too. Some Walmarts do as well.

Now stamps and postal supplies is whole different ball game. You need to keep some of each on truck.
