    U aint kidding. The last house i lived in had a metal roof and man it is theraputic hearing the rain hit the roof. Truck is the same way. Love it

    Crimini, shiitake, portobello mushrooms in a Marsala sauce
    Pasta, green salad and sourdough bread.

    Sunday

    Mediterranean grilled chicken breast.
    Couscous.
    Green and yellow squash, steamed.
    A sort of Greek style salad.

    Monday

    Meatloaf
    Lumpy potatoes
    Broccoli
    Strawberries.

    Tonight

    Homemade Chili
    Quesadilla
    Last of strawberries.

    Well that's an excessive way to unload... Lol

    If a line cook makes it, it will not look pretty but it will probably taste good.

    If a sou chef makes it, it will look more like art than food and it might taste like art too.
