I know.. almost a week later from my 'Oi' .... Long week. Relaxed regs don't do us 'box haulers' (boxes in boxes) any favors. My rig has a permanent spot at my house, BUT for this weekend~!! Needed my PV. I'll chat y'all up.. .I'm off for 3 days and have no CLUE how to act, but EAT 'n' SLEEP. (<<<< KINDA like Eat'n'Park, right?!?)

Been reading and .. sleeping and eating. Kudos to all y'all hanging in and on... to LIFE , etc~! I should be 'up' in driving mode, but 'ma' cooked a mad healthy chef salad, and garlic toast...and I'm gonna NOD for the 1st time with NO alarms,, YAY~!!

Glad to hear all good .. on y'all. Still sux about X1 and Lep. Dang, just dang.

Be safe, guys.. see ya this weekend, til you get sicka me, haha~!

Well after a small snafu on my part regarding my reefer, I am being loaded!!!!

This is my first frozen load... And I opened my doors before they were ready to load. BIG mistake, temp rose from -20 to +30. This delayed loading by 30 mins. I closed my doors, ran a defrost cycle on the condenser, and got the temp dropping once again.

What happened with your avatar? Well.. never mind...
A lot of rain here today.... pouring... couldn't see the mechanic at the shop because of it... But I found out there was no problem.... after I read the whole car manual... :biggrin_25523:

And FINALLY after 5 months since I started a documentation process with the Secretaria de Fazenda do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (a state government department that deals with taxes...) I received an email from them letting me know that I DON'T OWE THEM ANY TAXES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for the apartment in Rio.... I can finish the process to remove my dad's name from the did so to be able to sell it.... whenever that becomes possible... :biggrin_1square1:

I guess all the hassle and numerous trips back and forth between Rio and Cabo Frio and letters, and emails, and gathering documentation and visits to the internet shop to scan documents, and reading and learning about the law and what I could and could not request, my rights, blah, blah, blah.... was worth all the efforts.
But there's still some stuff to be done online.... and print some documents.... but their website is sooo user unfriendly.... I sent them an email with questions and they tell me to go set an appointment in person.... :angry4:
I don't have anybody to go there and deal with this crap for me...
But that's ok... it will get done.... one way or another... someday...

I am aware of that sir.... But the dirt road was a public road... I parked at the end far from anybody''s house... his driveway was the cement you see on the picture....

I approached their house and the door was open.... only a glass door closed... rang the bell several times but no response. So I started walking around and shouting "HELLO" "HELLO" till someone came see....
And they were very nice... and invited me in.... :yes2557:

One would think the OM wouldn't make Dave eat cat food.

Clearly the chicken has to be for the OM.

Nice shot of the storm. Someone should give the cart person a kudo for wearing the mask in a monsoon. That right there is dedication.

Someone made a thread asking about a polish shop....it's hard refraining from making tons of Polish jokes.

    The struggle is real people.

The OM just lobbied, successfully, as she often does for some midnight cat treats. Although usually it's between 0100 and 0300.
