    Yes. I started wrapping them with aluminum foil for the last two hours. I think that makes me a cheater. Still screw up one out of three. I get up before sunrise and get the smoker going and enevatuably start drinking by 11:00. Could be the problem. It sure is fun though.

    The 2000 watts is good and it was very well installed.... it's the older ones that I am trying to figure out cause I am thinking about selling them... but not if they are bad...

    Have you ever used unsweetened pineapple juice in the mop? It really does not put the fruit flavor into the meat. Plus no added sugar, so no burning.
