Saturday evening weekly food prep has started.......



Opted for the red sauce for this batch, cause the green they had was "medium" and most likely too spicy for the wife.

 

The last real spot is next to me. It’s a big ‘ol hole that should be easy to get into. Two guys tried and quit. I just want to go to sleep but I’m staying up till somebody locks this hole down.

 

With your luck it will be a dually hotshot with a thumping base.........

 

What’s worse? That or a reefer and tractor, where the tractor regens every two hours.
