Methinks @D.Tibbitt should treat himself to a new grille on his time off, too! Dave needs to revive his 'recipe' or 'cooking w/Dave' thread. . . for usn's~!

Well it seems we need 3 new tires ... sheesh... found one with a half inch bolt , which wasnt there on my pre trip this morning. Not sure where i picked it up... man thats 9 new tires weve put on in only 5 months

 

We have a great grill, Master Forge, 5 burner lines, rotisserie burner, and sear burner (right side)...works like a champ, but the thing is we prefer to do breakfast and such outside in the heat of summer, so the flat top was the right addition. Once I get it all put together and "seasoned" will post pics of the pair working together. Just think, in the cool of the morning...steaks on the barbie, bacon, eggs, and pancakes on the flat top.....OH YEAH...droolling already!

Well, apparently a bunch of idiots decided to have a protest Saturday, about 4 blocks from my house. This will be interesting. I think some people aren’t happy till all the fires are stoked. The area is occupied by former Detroiters that moved out mostly in the 70s. It’s in the center of a major shopping center, every store you can imagine is on the Boulevard. IMO, just asking for trouble. Considering pretty much everyone here nowadays is packing a CCW. All it takes is a few idiots, and all hell will break loose. Then the News can have some good race baiting narratives. So far the Detroit protests have been relatively peaceful, compared to 67, when they fought the National Guard for a week. Guess it’s not enough for some people. Got to stir the pot.
