    That's the pile of construction debris the MF neighboor has been dumping on my sidewalk.... :angry6:

    BTW... in order to anyone, Brazilian or foreigner buy a property, the person will have to obtain a CPF which is the Brazilian individual taxpayer registry identification, a number attributed by the Brazilian Federal Revenue to both Brazilians and resident aliens who pay taxes or take part, directly or indirectly, in activities that provide revenue for any of the dozens of different types of taxes existing in that country.
    I bet a foreigner would change their mind as soon as they started dealing with the government and the bureaucracy.... :biggrin_1square1:

    Look at the bright side. The neighbor supplied you with free building material.
    Ok, the house needs some paint and I see some strutural damage (crack in the wall). Also looks like thieves made off with some iron work that may have been in the perimeter wall. Yet all in all, it looks like it is a quaint fixer upper. What realtors here call "a handy mans special"

    @D.Tibbitt this song is for you. Hopefully your not on a boat about to be capsized (song was for a 70's capsize movie)
