Who is that?
Just to be clear as a former racer. Anyone who wants to see a racer in fiery crash can just pound sand.

I got no issues with racing. Nascar, or any other.
I don't go out of my way to watch it, but if it's on, or I somehow end up at a race...I have a good time. I mean it's beer an cars. I do find it odd people will watch someone go around a circle 500 times but who am I to judge what tickles someones fancy.
Plus living in NC...even if on a sandbar, I'd likely get run out of the state if I hated racing.
I do enjoy poking fun at it though. Most fans are good sports about it, the ones that aren't...I just make fun of them to.
We have...mud bogging, and monster truck racing near the sandbar, and a local racetrack but it's never open. Nice straightaways. Either drag racing or motorcycles. If I remember right on the way in to the sandbar, coming from Va. you pass a Gravedigger truck and garage. They do rides there to around a small track and jump.
These aren't my photos, but someone who works there or visited.
I think they charge $5 for the ride.
Part history, part fun, part tourist trap...lol...
They also have a bunch of trophies and other stuff on display. Neat place to stop at every once in awhile. Tourists like it, and locals. They've been there for a good while. Up the road from them is where the Monster truck racing happens. Which is usually a pretty good time.
Be safe folks.

How old are you? Who do you drive for / what do you haul? A bit of an intro would help. We are a mixed bag of company (but more) O/O's on here, like Dave.
@D.Tibbitt is our youngster/wonder child on here. Me, I've been 'benched' from here, myself. It's all about respect, man. No politics, bickering, bantering (unless its food or math related, LoL~!) No trolling, either. Dave's got a good group in here.
@farmerjohn64 is TTR's 'overall' new 'wonderchild.' He's 21, and just started pulling flats for Western Express. He's got 2 new threads a day, LoL... but we usually show up to put our 2 cents, in; being his 'youth' and all, haha!
Share a bit, we share back. You're fine.
