    That maybe she needs to punish herself because you left her. Remember, cats only have the brain of a 4 year old. Abandonement can be very stressful to them.

    So I'm curious. His article is a confession of committing a crime across multiple states and federal hwys. Couldn't he be charged by each state and the feds?

    In theory, they could. The problem the prosecutor would face is the burden of proof. They would need to have some evidence that he actually did it and be able to show that. Photos, tolls, ez/pre pass time stamps or other things that would clearly identify the person.
