I would also let dispatch know you'll be fueling at the kitchen and parking for your 30 in the bathroom. Try not to block up the lane in between the kitchen and dinning intersection. It's incredibly rude and not everyone wants to wait on you to get to the parking over in the NW corner.

Wow! Freightliners getting pretty fancy. Looks nice. I’ve got to see the new sleepers with a Murphy bed. Might want to copy that design. Leaving it down mostly, but being able to put it up, and have a nice dinner table, or couch.

 

Well I got a counter offer today on the house... They must be lookimg at this through rose colored lenses... They came down $2k on thier asking price and refused to perform the one major repair. Considering that I offered $44k LESS than they were asking to begin with, I felt a little insulted when they only came down $2k and still refused to perform the one repair.

I laughed in disgust... And said no. I told the wife that if we dont find some thing else we will give them the same offer again in a month, because that place aint going anywhere anytime soon at that price... In that condition. I mean its got to be pretty hard to sell a home that the snow will literally blow in through the master bedroom wall.
