Waiting in Chicago to load. Missed my appointment because the person who scheduled it (not me) failed to account for the fact that I was coming back from Madison, WI, and this truck does not have a jet engine, nor can it fly.

Anyway, this is "the spare"......

I started with this outfit running "the spare", which had 438,000 on it when I got it, and managed to get it up to about 482,000 before someone drove it while I was on vacation and it "grenaded".

I graduated to the "new spare", a 2017 Volvo with 478,000 and counting.

So one of the preloaders is boppin' around the local customers in a 2019 VNL, with a great mattress still wrapped in plastic......

Well, at least I know where I stand.

I woke up in horror the other night to my tri pac coughing and sneezing and struggling to run. Jumped out of the truck in my drawers to take a look and it was rolling coal. Finally it took one final breath and died. I frantically started looking up Thermoking numbers and found a 24 hour dealer. They diagnosed it with a bad fuel pump and told me to bring it to them in the morning. Had me up and running in less than 2 hours.
In a industry that seems to specialize in horrible mechanical customer service I have found that the few times I have needed them, Thermoking to be OUTSTANDING.

 

Not strong enough, that’s only 51 percent alcohol.
Needs to be about 125.

I would recommend this;

 

Been eating salads and drinking super beats for three weeks. Feel pretty dang good.
Now I find myself parked next to a Hardee's. The urge is too strong. Pretty sure within a hour I am going to rip through their doors like a hungry wolf. Some forces in life are just too strong to be denied.

I’m so pissed , I just found out I have to pay over twice as much to the State of Michigan as I owe to the federal government on my capital gains .

It didn’t bother me so much paying to that Commie ran state when it was from my earned income while living in the state but taxing my capital gains outside of it ?

I’m so happy I can support their Welfare recipients.

 

Move to New Hampshire. There is no income tax. Tho you would need to deal with the "what if it snows"
