What if it Snows?

So what is everyone getting me for my birthday on Sunday? Golden cake with butter cream frosting will be served with cookie dough ice cream.

Well everything is moving forward nicely. Got the home inspection done yesterday, went and met with the inspector and saw the house in person. Have submitted all documentation to lender to move forward with appraisal.

I really like the house and location. It is in excellent condition with only a few small problems on the inspection, but nothing that I can't handle myself after closing. No place to park a truck on the property without some major tree trimming, but potential to maybe get permission from neighboring rancher to park for short periods of time on his property.

 

Good to read that things are moving along nicely.

 

I expect a slow down now... As everything that remains is dealing with my lender and underwriters... And they dont seem to be in any rush.

 

Who knows. Maybe the rancher will get you some loads

 

This is what I got my wife. Her birthday is the 25th, but we'll celebrate this weekend with the grandchildren.
It's pretty cool. It's magnetic so she can watch the movements of my truck. Nice too. Got it yesterday.

I've been wanting to get this for some time. She always wants to know where I'm going and where I am.
