    Back when the trucking business was occupied mostly by non-wusses we had armstrong steering, rigid mounted cabs, and 4-spring Reyco suspensions. ;)

    I swear.... Indiana must have a billion dollars worth of cones on I70. Seem like the entire way through the state, it's under construction.

    l drove a Ford cabover with walking beam pad suspension, no springs period. 48 states pulling a step deck. The pivot points on that rear suspension worn to the point that when you back up, the tires dog tracked to the point of rubbing the frame rails.

    When running with another flat bed driver, we would get off the trucker channel and cap on other flatbed drivers tarp skills. or lack there of.
