    At Lowe’s in Bozeman. Stuff all over. But always reasonably workable. This ain’t no stinking Menards in Minot.

    I love Menards. I wish we had them down in Florida. They carry a great selection of wood species.

    My buddy up in Michigan just hates Menards. He told he would quit talking to me if I continued to Love them.

    I remember back in the day before Lowes and HomeDepot all we had was Ace and god forbid you go in there Scotty’s.

    I was building strip malls for my dad and managing a couple rental houses so always looking for something.

    Scotty’s had a 20 thousand sq ft store and I swear only 2 employees and 1 was always in the bathroom and the other was anywhere but near a cash register.

    One of the few times I can say I don’t miss the olden days.

    They should teach drivers that you never turn the wheel without looking in your mirror the whole time.

    But than you would have all these mirror watching drivers running over stuff with the truck instead of the trailer .

    Wife person remembers Scottys...and something about 86?

    Her sister was a manager for Ace (hole, as her sis calls it) for YEARS. ;)

    I DO love Menard's. . . . only 'store' Credit Card I'm allowed to have, haha~! ;)
