That carp in the bottle is nothing like the sauces at the BBQ joint. Stubbs place was a real dive, real gooooood food. Plus you never knew who was going to show up jam nights. Seen some top names come in that place. Last time I was in the place was 1982. Was told by some friends still in Lubbock, that it closed in 84 and was bladed.

 

Please tell me that glass with ice is not wine.

Not if it’s in Boise, they have culture there. Sure it’s weird still, but culture non the less.

Wait, that could be Twin Falls, that’s where they make Chobani yogurt. Now that has culture!
