    Something you can try. If you can get to buggy bath (coin wash) for power washing.
    Get a gallon or two of the strongest degreaser you can get a hold of. A long handle scrub brush helps. Soak the underside of the 5th down with the degreaser, scrub some, spray more on. Keep working it to get as much build up off as possible. Then power wash the 5th, top and bottom. You want it as clean and crud free as you can get. Now you should be able to see all the parts and can check for warn components. If nothing looks real bad, give it a light grease and test it out.

    Well the delta P sensor got calibrated today. Huge difference.

    I was told I need new Bushings on the fifth wheel. Nope I need a new top plate. The drive side hole for the pin is egg shaped. Next on my list. They didn't have any in stock. But I have new Bushings anyway. Freightliner sold me the wrong ones, so I must go back to return them.
