What if it Snows?

You will be hard pressed to find something other than Samsung. Our latest is a samsung and is going strong. Tho yes the previous washer took 9 years to die. We paid $200 for it then. I think we got our money out of it and $50 for lawsuit that didnt apply to us. Current one is 4 years old and is direct drive. Burns alot less electricity than the older one. But hey, you want something else, knock yourself out. Tho it all comes from the china mega factory. So the addage of workmanship means nothing these days.

 

In all honesty? I could see working for a place like above here in America

 

Tried to get into a Volvo haters group but they said I was too extreme. My man card fell out of my pocket I couldn’t be bothered to bend over and pick it up. I hope I can reapply later. Will I need references?

Hey man, i can’t help that i’m in a Volvo. I just drive whatever hunk of #### they give me.

 

Samsung took over about 10 yrs ago. I forget the details, but they bought up a couple others. Last time I bought appliances, I went with all Amanda. Made in Iowa. The stove had a loose connection, gas at the valve. The DW door seal leaked, and was replaced for free, later the computer controll went out. Costs too much to fix. So far the fridge is still working 15 yrs later, spent 5 yrs in storage. Microwave handle broke. So much for trying to buy quality. The old Kelvinator Fridges, and Detroit stoves, lasted 40 yrs. Thrown away, in working order.

 

I disagree with this assessment.

We never talk about the weather. That would be a silly thing to do in this thread.

 

And every once in a while there's a jailbreak, and we wind up having to be corralled in with cattle prods on other posts.

Talked to Mrs Skillet while I was eating, turns out she was having lunch, too.

We had a telelunch.

She told me I woulda got yelled at if I went past Corbin without stopping at Sonny's.

She's the reason I go out, and the reason I come back.
