The nose has too much volume for a surfing gun. Also single fins can’t generate speed the way a tri-fin can, but that doesn’t preclude it. I’d call it a fun shape also due to its 20.75 width.

This is me with an 8’4 that was shaped for Sunset beach and smaller Waimea. Notice how pulled the tail is. A gun design is all about control, whereas the fuller outline of your board would help it generate speed. Surfing on a gun is about control, you already have all the speed and more you could ever want.

Fairly typical in the Philippines in 59/60. Probably a goat or two and a coop of chickens on top
at front to leverage the overhang. @WesternPlains could get his sitting on ankles "Huk Squat"
down solid over there waiting for the Rabbit Bus.

Wow that’s a narrow board, what do you weigh ?

I had a Gunn for windsurfing but flat water speed sailing is boring once I got into wave sailing. I had a 9 foot custom wave board with a thick rail so it had a little volume but still a Sinker.

This surfboard have any value due to its single fin and made for a 100 Pound girl?
