Guess its a good thing Dave that you didnt get that Volvo. Every price has a cost, new trucks with heavy reduced price should be a warning to everyone.

On a side note. Friend of mine got talking with me in Walmart this morning. Told me of a company that is looking for class A drivers. 5 hours a day (straight truck). Touchless load hauling lobsters from satellite lobster pounds to main wharehouse. Hoping I actually get it and not another tease of a company. Friend told me to use his name. Fingers crossed.

And the one: Helen Waite is in charge of our complaint dept.
Should you encounter a problem on our premises, just go to Helen Waite.

    Yeah, I can relate.

Or the one that keeps tickling the side of your nostril. You've finally had enough and go after it with the tweezers, and.....

You feel it detach from somewhere behind your right eyeball.

unfortunately, it wasn't. Kinda disappointing really. I was hoping for one of those honkers that are like 12 inches long. That never happens when you're at the house. Only when you're driving down the road and you don't have the time or focus to study it properly.

Seems the last couple of months, a number of people have had major appliances die. Last weekend our dryer died an ugly sounding death. This was a high dollar unit, top rated brand and model. This was the last of 4 pieces all purchased at the same time. First one died at 5 years, the last at 9 years. Dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, now dryer. All Samsung. Never again will that brand be purchased.

Ive had good luck with LG brand so far... Had a few minor repairs but nothing horrendous... Had to replace a $20 sensor and $20 harness on the washing machine... And had to replace 4 harnesses on the oven/range that mice chewed into tiny pieces... That cost just under $100.
