Always plan for the worst, and it will usually be close to what you need.

Or they are to afraid to get off the big road and do a little 2-laning through the mountains in the snow.

Am I the only one that expects a shouting match, brawl, or gun fire from someone being forced out of my reserved spot in the middle of the evening / night? Thankfully they always piss off peacefully.

The Truckstop should run them out for you. You’re the customer.

Can’t beat that crawfish ettoufee, they got a dish called Ille de Capri, etoufee, topped with a big catfish filet, or shrimp, whichever you prefer. It’s got to be one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t steer you wrong. This place has some good food, at a good price.

Don't hold back, tell us how you really feel D. ;)

I meant to quote your name change post but eh, I'm to lazy to go back and fix it. The Rock had a question for you til you went and told us the answer.

To be fair....Swift more than most others just happens to be more photogenic then other companies. Seems whenever they do something stupid, there is someone ready to make a meme of it. We all know Swift isn't the worse out there. Don't blame me if they provide the ammo for the jokes.

Dunno if anyone's mentioned it yet in regards to @Wasted Thyme, I know it's been mentioned in other threads by myself, Chinatown and a couple of others in other threads.. Escapees RV Club/group in Texas can help you set up an address, along with all the other stuff for Texas residency. They do it all the time for people who full time in RVs and have been doing it for a long time.
    https://www.escapees.com/education/domicile/

Link will take you to a page with far more info. I suggest exploring their site, and even a forum search on "Texas domicile" "Texas residency" etc. Lots of good info there, some of it may be dated, but their pretty good about keeping stuff updated.

Great resource not just for resident/license stuff but also for finding good, and affordable campgrounds. An yes some of them take tent/car campers.

As mentioned before though, if you go for a long term campground/section your "lot" rent is usually far cheaper. Example....you can pay 50 a night, or 300 for the month. ;)

Far as KOA though..I'm not a fan, but everyone is different, your experience may differ from my mine.

This made me laugh, but my sense of humor is a bit warped.

Sirscrapntruckalot - I've figured it out... ™ is actually code for Tarp Monkey. Not trademark as we've been led to believe.

I saw a van with an amber flashy thingy on the back. Just one. At the top.

    I'm getting one for Otter.
