Pfffffft. He's probably their number one man.
They're all women in trailer maintenance. I'll bet they couldn't tell you which end the doors are on.
I mean they aren't like trucking women. They're like soccer moms.
They just Google repair same as everyone else.
What if it Snows?

Than maybe buy a lowboy boat hauling trailer .
Buy boats in the fall up north than haul them down South and sell them. A 25 year old freshwater boat up north is in better shape than a 5 year old boat down south.
There is some killer deals on nice big older boats up there in the fall and a few people would almost pay you to take them off their hands so they get out of the storage.
I’ve got a buddy that owns a small marina up in Massachusetts. He gets where he won’t even pull out and store boats older than 10 years because so many people walk away from them.
I reassembled a 50 Tiara here in Florida after it was trucked down
Had to reinstall the rudders and prop shafts and fly bridge and electronics, steering and throttles
Big job.
My buddy had quote to ship his 42 Silverton from Michigan to Florida 8 years ago.
$14000 to move it $5000 to remove and install flybridge and marina fees.
So he brought down the Mississippi. 16,000 in fuel and wear and tear on the motors.dwells40, Vic Firth, WesternPlains and 3 others Thank this. -

Some lady from corporate called and said I will be receiving 2 days layover pay courtesy of the trailer maintenance department.
I suppose that's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
But The OM and I really just wanted to go home.thelushlarry, dwells40, InTooDeep and 11 others Thank this.
