    Yeah i am going to have start walking more , and be consistent with the walking. Just to easy to loose muscle at this age

    Then again at least I was forward thinking enough to relocate to an area that has minimal winter. Experiences minimal summer nastiness. And tornadoes, hurricanes, typhoons, and tropical storms are inconsequential. Also far enough away from major cities to side step most of their B.S.

    Trade off: Nearby recently active volcanoes.
