Would the employer happen to have a desk type job that is of interest to you?

Sounds like you have a solid plan with the family, but always good to ask I figure.

Got stuck at that TA in Troy IL.

Got moving and my drop and hook at the LA yard was given to somebody else by afterhours. I called the wife for an evac and was home on Sunday morning.

Regular dispatcher was not happy when she inquired why I did not answer her dispatch on the QualComm. I just asked if she read what I sent on Sat night or checked my availability date in the system.

My wife and son are awesome. We also do holidays when convenient not on a day. We FaceTime daily. When I’m on open road we talk for hours and hours. My son and I play at least an hour a day of call of duty mobile. I teach his science classes and we do that over the phone as well. He actually calls me every morning around 5-5:30am when he wakes...

it’s odd but we actually talk more now than when I was home. The conversations I think are better.

    I miss their hugs though.

They get it. I knew when I started driving that the first year would suck. I didn’t expect to be in the position I’m in now so soon I thought I would be there this year not last. It’s a new business and work ethic and smarts are the key components right now.

I’m just rambling at this point @D.Tibbitt but it is what you make it.
