    The locals feel that black fly season ended during the drought we had during July. Mosquitos all but disappeared as well. Dragon flies are out now taking care of any stragglers that havent met their maker yet.

    I found tumeric, ginger, cheese , black pepper In an omelette reduces inflammation. Tumeric in soup with fat and black pepper. Tumeric doesn't taste real good.
