    Yes just the usual answers sitting in truck too long diet yadda yadda. I am seeing my GP Monday she is very smart and knows me and that I eat good and ride my bicycle daily so she will give better answers

    Winter is what's the #####. I'd say I do thirty's, I usually do two, at rest areas about 70% of the time now. Gives me some walk around place without having to be on full alert for Western Express charging through the truck stop at 30mph.

    But winter. Pretty tough to get out and get jiggy wid it now. Last year I was lazy. Not the year before, I even did miles in Fargo and such places when it was zero.

    I think that's why eating lite in the spring and summer is so important.

    I'd like to walk more but kills my knee so I pedal my bike I can push pretty hard without pain so I do sprints on my 30 and longer rides before start driving for the day
