A mere 74 here in Maine. I know, we are so spoiled here. A mere 57F now. We expect it to bottom out at 52 around 4am.

So i just paid 4 dollars for a cheesburger at the ta hot deli. And got a bowl of veggies with it. Yep 7 dollars. A shame really.

 

Every time I have gotten one of those hit deli burgers it tasted like rawhide, and chewed like wood chips.

 

Well I'm at a truck stop in ohio. The houses are on top of it.

It would seem nothing is sacred. Here's my question...if eating vegan is so great, why do all the plant eaters desire their "healthy" food to look like unhealthy food? If it's so great, and natural...enjoy it as it was meant to be, fresh off the vine, tree or out of the ground.

An I thought turkey bacon was something evil...plant based fried chicken is even more wrong.

Far as weather...it was 83 here. Felt like 85. I'm hoping next week is the same as today. Felt like a touch of fall in the air. Nice crisp wind. That said...my sandbar is packed with people, who were expecting it to be hot, and humid. Joke is on them! HAHAHAHaah!

Biking vs walking - I'm a walker. Biking might burn more calories but I enjoy walking more. Can speed up or slow as I feel like it. End of the day, if someone is doing one or the other I'm happy. It's better then the "Sit, drink beer, eat chips, complain about weight gain, repeat sitting, drink beer, eat chips etc" exercise most folks do.
