So now I’m calling the shipper ( hopefully to get some clues) and I start explaining because of HOS I can’t get to Hart till Thursday and by the way what is it you’re shipping? His reply it’s a load of hay for a dairy. ( now I’m dumbfounded that my travel agent is this hard up to get me out of AZ.)

. If you think it’s on a tee swing for the fence. I dish it up once in a while so I gotta be able to take it.

Pear moonshine is good, if you can find it. Apple to.

I also like fruits from trees....as moonshine.

Had apple whiskey once. Only once. It was tasty the first sip. I was going to have a second but then I thought better of it.

Now the shipper here after referred to as farmer Tom asked where I’m at I tell him I’m at Lucid motors in the driveway facing peters rd. Farmer Tom says you are real close to the shed and it would be nice to load this now. I said if you don’t mind your hay sitting under a tarp for that long ok just how close am I? MMMM pretty good buzz going now ( I’m such a lite weight)

Way back in my produce hauling days I was at an apple shed in western Michigan on a Saturday morning and the load was not quite ready so morning break time came and they offered me a nip of applejack. ( that’s what they called their hooch) took a modest swallow coughed and wheezed and said this has enough octane to run 8 seconds in a quarter mile.

Farmer Tom says that there is no need to tarp his load. I tell him not an option I have a conestoga trailer. Farmer Tom says HMmm I will call you back. Now I’m thinking I will get out of this load.
