Bear in mind. I did this with a stronger truck. So didn’t notice. Also it’s a light load.
Went over to WY to pick up a load for TX. Boss said to take same trailer I brought in on Thursday. Use other truck. Mine will be out of the shop later. Okie Dokie... I get to WY. Open the doors. They didn’t unload it from 4 days ago.

So another 20 minutes goes by now I’m thinking great farmer Tom doesn’t want to bother with me but then he calls,he asked again about my location,he said look to the left do you see the red tin shed? Yes I do ( it’s less than half a mile) meet me there that is the scale. (Farmer Tom has no idea what a conestoga is) so I pulled up to the end of driveway farmer Tom waves as he drives by.

Now if I had said I'd stop drinking totally....then one could say I was speaking like a politician. Alas...I continued to drink, I just went back to normal whiskey. Apple stuff was to sweet. I would've stopped drinking but I've been told all my life quitters never win. I like winning. So I kept drinking.
Buddy of mine had peanut butter flavored whiskey. He was like try this, an tossed me an airplane bottle of it. Me being me drank it. It was not good. Gah...just the thought.
Friends don't let friends drink peanut butter flavored whiskey.
This was the brand
An yes...it is a fitting name.

Now at the scale shed farmer Tom is looking at the backside and contemplating if he can push the hay to the front with out it drifting into the sides. I’m like no it only takes me a few minutes to open It up so I do a quick demo. Now he is measuring the inside clearance and says it is going to be close. (Farmer Tom is a nice guy this is all brand new to him) I asked him if he was paying flat rate or by the ton he said by the ton.
