    Just came down the 93 into Salmon. When you go over that summit where the ski resort is, it's a good 4 feet deep still, it's yay many feet deep as soon as you're above the snowline.

    Then I cut over to Stanley, took the 55 down into Boise. Yay many feet deep all up in there.

    Dave, hate to say this, but it seems your getting just a bit to paranoid about this snow thing. Really it’s just snow. Just sitting on the ground. It’s not going to attack you by its self, it would need help from something, like a human or cat. Well except for an avalanche. That could start on its own. It will chase you down fast too.

    Take out your atlas. See that part in Idaho that says Sawtooth Wilderness Area?
