What if it Snows?

programming is the key. Lots of fleets use a base program, not what they need for the region the truck will run in. Get the right base programming, it is like a very different thing. Used to have to run into and out of SoCal and a few other high traffic jam locations. My knees and ankles are thankful for the automated.

 

Really didn't like my AT till had it reprogrammed night and day difference

 

Automated systems do require some changes to the way one drives/operates the truck. Even from a 10 to 12 speed change had a learning curve. Once you get used how they work, it is not really a problem. The programming is really the key. Generic programming does not work.

 

Volvo hell is almost over delivery tomorrow and return it to the owner. Wife is pissed she seems to think a crap job is better than no job. We will continue to disagree.

Got my fan done. Tomorrow I fix the A/C. High side schrader valve core was leaking. Old one was stuck. Broke off inside, trying to get it out. Somehow I was able to drill it out, and got a new one installed. Put new hood latches on backwards, WTF? Only double checked them, guess I should have triple checked, Lol

 

Get a truck other than a volvo
