I wasn't referring to working here. It's far from flawless.

Just so many issues you have, I was thinking if you were in charge, it would all go smooth as silk.

Has anyone else noticed the national coin shortage is falling by the wayside?

I personally hoarded even more change than usual.

Delivering this trk to AZ is strange no deadline get there whenever. Stop when we feel like it start the same.
Is this what it means to be a tourist? No hurry since I have at least 1 more week before Doc says I can get back to work (wife says 2 weeks lol)

Those purchases that were like $3.20, $5.12, etc., they'd say, " Do you have the change?"

    No.

So sometimes I got a discount lol.

I was at a place that asked for exact change or use plastic to pay. It was something like $8.32. I gave them $8 cash and then said I would use the card for the 32 cents. They didn't like that a bit. Odd thing, or maybe not so odd, was that when he opened the till to put my $8 in, I saw he had plenty of change in there.
Some big stores like Kroger asked you to just let them keep your change and they would donate it to charity. And you know who gets the big write off on taxes for them donating your change to charity. Lol

Woe is man when everyone must have a number. Cash is no longer accepted as it means having change. People are expected to use credit/debit cards.

I'm away from the humidity for a few days. In Helena, Mt this morning. Will be up here somewhere within a few hundred miles for the next week or so. On business. Should find out where in a little while. No matter, I'm here on someone elses dime and being paid for my time plus per diem so I will drive this rental car wherever they want.
Alamo gave me a Ford Fusion Hybrid. Never drove one before. Got in, pushed the start button and the only thing that happens was the seat moved forward to where it was previously set. No engine noise so I kept pushing the darn start button and the only thing happening was the seat kept moving back and forth. Then it hit my slow brain. HYBRID. Duh! Put it in drive and the car moved. Silently. Felt like a real rube. Lol.
