I load furniture sometimes from your area. My Dad was enlisted 1958-1960. They sent him to Fairbanks, then New Orleans. My Uncle and him went partying in New Orleans, went awol, and got arrested. My other Uncle, and my Mom, brought them some cigarettes, and it was Love at first sight. Something about a Man behind bars, I guess. Lol.

If I loved a liar, I'd hug your neck. You have not had a lot of that kind of practice.

If you got locked up, would your friends bring you cigarettes???
Nope, couldn't... They would be in the adjoining cell.
No smoking jails sure took something out of the experience. (So I'm told is how I know.)

The validity of the stories I’ve always heard are often suspect. Usually at least 2 different versions, from at least 2 different sources. Lol. Especially with my Parents. It’s like they each lived a different life, listening to their versions. I guess it’s true, perception is Reality. They were both full of spit and vinegar. Lived life too fast. But they lived it, that’s for sure.

It appears SpaceX is making good on its promise to reduce the cost of its “flight proven” reusable rockets. Sounds like the cost could be as low $36M.

I can’t wait to hear the esteemed members opinions on the cost of moving space freight from $90m to $36m.

That lowers the rate per mile down to $150,000 p/m.

“That’s insane, there’s no way you can make any money moving freight and keep your 379 polished and in chrome, and ya gotta tarp for free.”

Boeing and ULA gotta be ####ting a brick.

    LOL

So the Perkins is now timed. I still have to remount the harmonic drive pulley. Then maybe this weekend I might get the engine reattached.
