Because people think history is evil and should be hidden or not taught, so the young know it alls haven’t learned anything.
So they can’t learn through others mistakes, and as we have it right now, they’re on very unequal footing, and uprising because the people are tired of the same old woes and heartbreak.

    wow.. that seemed deep...

History is behind you. Therefore, what is behind you is not in front of you!

Since the politicians have a heavy hand in purchasing the history books used for public teaching, is there any reason to believe the outcome is not biased?

The school books are written, printed, and distributed by corporations. They will put in what the customer wants and revise out things they don't. There are different versions of the same book based on geographic location and their regulations. (The wife does some freelance editorial/Fact Checking work for Nat Geo School book division, she is only allowed to fact check what is in print, not what is omitted)

    Ok.

    Tip.

Trial and Error, got tired of check English light on this DD15 after oil change and 200 miles of “Just Run It, It’ll go out.” Bs from Speedco.

Tried 15 minute with battery off, turn key 3 times then on 4th start.
    Light still on.

So I thought back, turned truck off.
Then turned key back on, mashed fuel pedal 3 times, light went out.

The Jerk is in a better mood.
I do believe this calls for a sandwich.

But you should look around every now and again, by looking down, you might find some money somebody lost, but if you don’t look up, you’ll hit your head on low clearance.
