    Costco sells those fresh meals in the tin pan with the clear plastic lids in the cooler section next to the meat department. I bought one a couple days ago for under $10 bucks. It's lasagna and they used pork in the sauce. Made it at home and it was outstanding. Filled two Tupperware containers with the leftovers and been eating it on the truck for the last 2 days. Two minutes in the microwave and they're piping hot. They have quite a few dishes in that section. I need to go see what else they have. Can't eat much cheaper than that.

    Me and Sis are both in burnt out stage of this project.

    And neither of us can pep talk the other into getting more done on any given day. Figuring to go back down for a final push on Thanksgiving weekend so we can list the house in December...... 6 to 8 months late from the revision to the revised plan of the updated plan.........

    Start with what you are good at preparing and cooking. Try to cook something that you can eat for a couple days cuts down on the time spent cooking.
