Have not had any problems from the inverter. No beeping or shutdowns, nothing. I do have them wired with big 0 gauge wires and a fuse block at batteries. Runs the refrigerator at all times when out, microwave as needed. Both at the same time, no problem. Don’t need to run the truck when using anything.
How old are your batteries?
Depending on how old they are and the ratings, they may not be able to handle the loads placed on them.

Woke up today, low drive tire. Found a nail. Went ahead got 2 new Firestone 591s for the steers. Moved old ones to drives. Total $1255.00 Not bad. Nothing beats new steers.

That was my idea, run cables to the passengers box. I think the newer trucks have isolation systems, and use a dual purpose deep/ starting batteries Maybe an isolated starter battery. Not sure. So many new battery technologies . Need to do some research. Somewhere between cost, weight and benefits. There’s a good combination.LoSt_AgAiN, lovesthedrive, Dale thompson and 4 others Thank this.
